Sister Pam and brother-in-law Scott moved into their new home in 2012.  I've previously introduced the toy here.  During a summer visit I photographed the house and drew details from scans.  The pick name is revealed by raising the roof.  This toy stands 2" wide by 3" tall by 1 1/2" deep.
