I’ll Follow The Sun

Introducing I’ll Follow The Sun, a lightweight pullover with half-sleeves, just right for seasonal transitions.  Worked overall in Openwork Diamonds, you’ll find its 12 stitch by 16 row stitch pattern repeat is both fun-to-do, and easy-to-remember.  This design is worked bottom-up and in-the-round, and mostly seamless, except for the sleeve caps that are briefly shaped with short rows at their ends and set in.  Another project perfect for meditative knitting I’d say – enjoy!

Needles
US4/ 3.5mm or size to obtain gauge
• 1 24 to 36"/ 60 to 90 cm circular (for lower bodice)
• 1 24"/ 60 cm circular or 1 pair straight (for upper bodice and sleeve caps)
• 1 16"/ 40 cm circular (for collar trim)
• 1 set double-pointed, or preferred needle style for working small circumferences (for sleeves)
US3/ 3.25mm, one size smaller than above
• 1 16"/ 40 cm circular (for last 2 rnds of collar trim, optional)
